The emulation period is from November 25, 2025 to February 28, 2026; through the emulation period, it aims to focus on educating officers and soldiers to clearly understand the meaning and importance of the peak emulation period; raise awareness of responsibility, be ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

The main emulation contents include: Emulation to grasp and correctly assess the situation of criminal activities at home and abroad; effectively maintain the model of "Mailbox for receiving anonymous crime reports and denunciations". Timely detect criminal activities and violations of the law early, from a distance, from outside the border; focus on crime groups: Drugs; human trafficking; organizing and brokering for others to illegally enter and exit Vietnam or stay in Vietnam illegally; organizing and brokering for others to flee abroad or stay abroad illegally; smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods; illegal transportation of goods and prohibited goods across the border; violations of regulations on entry and exit; illegal exploitation of forest products and minerals, etc.

Synthesize and grasp new methods and tricks of crime, proactively advise and propose policies and preventive measures, and organize effective combat. Resolutely prevent the formation of hot spots and complications in political security and social order and safety in the border areas of the province.

Strengthen patrols and strictly control the border, focusing on key areas and regions; closely combine regular activities with surprise, ambush, and blockade activities in key areas, regions, and times, promptly detect and prevent criminal activities and violations of the law. Regularly practice plans and strategies to protect the safety of areas, agencies, and units.

Closely coordinate with the police and customs forces to effectively implement regulations and coordination plans in crime prevention and control, exchange information, deploy professional plans, establish and fight joint projects to destroy drug crime rings and organizations, smuggling, human trafficking, and illegal immigration.

Advise local Party committees and authorities to step up propaganda and education work for people in border areas to raise their awareness of the law, be vigilant against the methods and tricks of all types of criminals, and actively participate in preventing and denouncing crimes.
