The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues appointment decisions and recognizes probationary leadership at the management level.

On the afternoon of December 11th, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters, Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu presided over the ceremony to present appointment decisions and recognize probationary leadership positions at management levels within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu delivered a speech at the decision-making ceremony.

The ceremony was attended by leaders and representatives from several functional units of the Ministry. This appointment and recognition of probationary leadership at the management level is a further concrete step in implementing the policy of consolidating the organizational structure and developing human resources of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , aiming to meet the requirements of the new phase, in the context of an increasing workload that demands greater professionalism, flexibility, and strategic vision from the leadership team.

Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu presented the Decision appointing Ms. Nguyen Lien Huong, Deputy Director of the ASEAN Department, to the position of Deputy Director of the Foreign Policy Department.

Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu congratulated Ms. Nguyen Lien Huong on her appointment as Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Policy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu congratulated the newly appointed and probationary leaders, emphasizing that this is an important milestone in the training, striving, and growth of each individual.

He affirmed that personnel work has always been identified by the Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership as a key task with strategic significance in improving the quality of foreign affairs advice and ensuring the effective implementation of the Party and State's foreign policy in the context of rapidly changing and complex global and regional situations.

The Deputy Minister requested that those appointed to new positions continue to uphold a sense of responsibility, proactively grasp the situation, constantly learn, improve leadership and management skills, and enhance professional competence; thereby contributing to effective advice for the Ministry's leadership in foreign affairs .

Comrade Nguyen Viet Anh, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, presented the Decisions recognizing Comrade Nguyen Tuan Tu as the Acting Deputy Director of the Finance and Administration Department.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Anh, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, presented the Decision recognizing Comrade Tong Thi Thanh Thuy as the Acting Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Anh, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, presented the Decision recognizing Comrade Nguyen Trung Dung as the Acting Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Cultural Diplomacy.

In addition, Deputy Minister Nguyen Minh Vu requested that relevant units continue to create favorable conditions for newly appointed officials to best utilize their abilities and strengths; while emphasizing the need to strengthen internal unity, build a professional working environment, and closely coordinate and support each other in performing their duties.

The Deputy Minister expressed his hope that the newly appointed officials would continue to set an example, innovate their thinking, be creative in their work, and make positive contributions to the overall mission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

On behalf of the officials who received the appointment decisions, Ms. Nguyen Lien Huong, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Policy, expressed her gratitude for the trust placed in her by the Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership; and shared that this is an important source of encouragement for her to continue striving, training, and improving her professional skills and leadership and management abilities.
