More than 200 grassroots cadres in two communes, Nam Can and Tam Giang, were trained to improve their capacity to implement the criteria of "communes meeting legal access standards" associated with new rural construction and advanced new rural construction, contributing to ensuring the implementation of this criterion on schedule, effectively, and in accordance with local realities.

At the training conference, the reporters of the Department of Justice deployed three key groups of content: Regulations on assessment and recognition of communes meeting legal access standards associated with building new rural areas and advanced new rural areas; instructions on the order and procedures for assessment and recognition of communes and wards meeting legal access standards; regulations related to legal aid serving the construction of communes meeting legal access standards...

The reporters also analyzed new points in the Criteria Set, shared many practical situations, and answered difficulties and problems that localities often encounter during the implementation process.

The training activities aim to improve the capacity of commune-level officials and civil servants, promptly remove obstacles in the work of assessing and recognizing legal access standards, and at the same time strengthen coordination between units, ensuring the completion of tasks according to schedule and plan for 2025.

Mr. Truong Phu Loc - Head of Bo Hu Hamlet, Tam Giang Commune, highly appreciated the legal knowledge disseminated at the conference. Mr. Loc emphasized: "The training sessions not only help officials improve their legal awareness, but also create conditions for people to access easy-to-understand and familiar legal information, thereby proactively exercising their rights and obligations, creating positive changes in the community".

According to Mr. Loc, today's training conference has helped grassroots officials grasp how to effectively convey legal knowledge in accordance with practice, while affirming the important role of legal dissemination in building new rural areas and advanced NTM.

Through the training, grassroots cadres are not only equipped with legal knowledge but also guided in practice, exchanged experiences and solved practical problems in the locality. This is an important basis for Tam Giang commune to proactively develop plans, implement activities, strive to fully complete the assessment criteria in the coming year, and at the same time improve management capacity, serve people more effectively and transparently.
