New Birdy® Caramel Macchiato Coffee
Recently, Ajinomoto Vietnam attracted attention with the launch of the new Caramel Macchiato flavor under its Birdy® coffee brand. This is an effort by the company to diversify the consumer experience, following the traditional flavors the brand has previously announced.
Birdy® Caramel Macchiato coffee is made from selected coffee, combined with the characteristic caramel macchiato flavor, bringing a balance between the rich coffee flavor, smooth fresh milk and sweet caramel layer, for those who love the delicate coffee flavor and especially suitable for women. The product still retains the rich, smooth coffee flavor, bringing a quick and convenient coffee experience that is still as delicate as enjoying a cup of coffee at a shop.

Birdy® Caramel Macchiato coffee is a convenient, affordable, and rich-tasting coffee that perfectly suits the modern consumer trend, especially busy students and office workers who need a refreshing drink to stay alert throughout the day.
Birdy® Coffee Reduced Sugar Version
Grasping the need for delicious yet healthy food products of consumers, Ajinomoto Vietnam has continued to develop and introduce a new sugar-reduced version of the Birdy® Black Coffee and Birdy® Milk Coffee duo. Despite the reduced sugar content, the new product still retains the rich, pure Vietnamese coffee flavor thanks to the combination of standard Vietnamese coffee flavor and Ajinomoto's modern brewing style, becoming a suitable choice for those who want to stay alert, save time but still want to reduce sugar intake, good for health ( *Sugar reduction formula: Sugar content is adjusted to be lower than the previous version, with a maximum of 9g of sugar in each 170ml can).

The launch of Birdy® canned coffee with reduced sugar is part of Ajinomoto Vietnam's strategy to bring high-quality, convenient, and nutritious products to Vietnamese consumers right at home.
Birdy® Black Coffee, Birdy® Milk Coffee, and Birdy® Caramel Macchiato Coffee are now available in markets, grocery stores, and supermarkets nationwide, and are also widely distributed on e-commerce platforms, making them easily accessible to consumers.
Ajinomoto's contributions to Vietnamese nutrition and health
In addition to the Birdy® Canned Coffee product with a newly introduced sugar-reduced formula, Ajinomoto Vietnam is constantly expanding its nutritional product portfolio, aiming at consumer health care and meeting current consumer needs. Notable products include Aji-ngon® Salt-Reduced Pork Seasoning, “Phu Si” Salt-Reduced Soy Sauce; Aji-Xot® Roasted Sesame Sauce, which offers a delicious choice for salads and green vegetables; or Blendy® dietary supplement containing Glycine - an amino acid that helps improve sleep quality.
Alongside developing quality products, Ajinomoto Vietnam also implements many initiatives in nutrition, health, and the environment, contributing to improving the health and nutrition of future generations in Vietnam.
In particular, the School Meal Project, coordinated by Ajinomoto Vietnam with the Ministry of Education and Training, the National Institute of Nutrition - Ministry of Health, has deployed the Nutritional Balance Menu Building Software, the Nutrition Education Program "Three Minutes to Change Perception" and the "Model Boarding Kitchen" to boarding primary schools and meal providers nationwide. To date, more than 4,400 schools with 1.5 million students have benefited from the project each year.

The Maternal and Child Nutrition Program, implemented by Ajinomoto Vietnam in collaboration with the Department of Maternal and Child Health and the National Institute of Nutrition, Ministry of Health , has helped more than 22,000 healthcare workers and over 1.8 million mothers nationwide access and utilize the program's content.
In the agricultural sector, Ajinomoto Vietnam is also implementing many initiatives aimed at sustainable agriculture, including the Sustainable Cassava Project which helps double cassava yields and solutions to reduce environmental impact during cultivation.
