Comrades: Le Anh Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Duong Van Xuyen, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment were elected as members of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province for the 17th term, 2021 - 2026 with a high concentration of votes.

Comrade Le Anh Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Thanh district, was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province from July 31. Comrade Duong Van Xuyen, member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Sach district, was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Duong from September 17.

The People's Council of Hai Duong province also dismissed from the position of Provincial People's Committee member comrade Le Hong Dien, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment and comrade Hoang Van Thuc, former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment due to job transfer.
