Over the years, the Party Committee of Thai Binh commune (Yen Son district) has continuously promoted its role as the political nucleus, leading the people to effectively implement socio-economic development tasks, especially in the New Rural Development Program. From the very beginning of the New Rural Development Program, the commune's Party Committee clearly defined its comprehensive leadership and guidance role, arousing the sense of responsibility and self-awareness of the people in contributing their efforts and resources to building their homeland... In 2019, Thai Binh commune completed the New Rural Development program; in 2021, it completed the advanced New Rural Development program; and in 2022, it completed the model New Rural Development program. This year, 2025, the commune is aiming to complete the smart New Rural Development program.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Dong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Thai Binh commune, shared: "Unity is a vital element in building a strong Party organization. If there is no unity and consensus within the Party, then no matter how correct the policies and guidelines are, they will be difficult to implement effectively. Therefore, we always uphold the spirit of democracy, listen to the opinions of Party members, and create consensus before implementing important tasks. A successful Party committee not only focuses on organizational building but also must lead well in the task of socio-economic development, improving the material and spiritual lives of the people. The Party committee needs to have the right direction and mobilize the strength of the people in emulation movements and the construction of new rural areas. When the people's lives are improved, their trust in the Party will also be stronger."

In 2024, the Thai Hoa Commune Party Committee was the only commune-level Party Committee in Ham Yen District to be classified as having excellently completed its tasks. The goal for Thai Hoa Commune in 2025 is to achieve advanced New Rural Area status. According to Comrade Quach Thi Minh Nguyet, Secretary of the Thai Hoa Commune Party Committee, building a strong Party is the foundation for successfully achieving the goal of building a New Rural Area. A clean and strong Party organization will ensure effective leadership, formulate correct policies and resolutions that are appropriate to reality, create momentum to promote socio-economic development, and improve the lives of the people. The Commune Party Committee strictly implements working regulations, ensuring the principle of democratic centralism, maintaining discipline and order in leadership, direction, and management. Party committee meetings and Party activities must be maintained in an orderly manner, ensuring transparency and openness, and promoting collective intelligence in all decisions. At the same time, subordinate Party branches need to thoroughly understand and seriously implement the resolutions and directives of the Party, effectively carry out self-criticism and criticism, and enhance the leading role at the grassroots level. Each Party branch must proactively monitor the practical situation, promptly propose appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of its work, and contribute to building a clean and strong Party organization.

In 2024, Hung Thanh ward had the honor of being the only locality in Tuyen Quang city to achieve the standard of a civilized urban area. This is the result of the close and decisive leadership and guidance of the local Party committee and government, along with the consensus and joint efforts of the people. Comrade Dao Quang Hau, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hung Thanh ward, shared: When cadres and Party members have the right understanding and high responsibility, they will act for the common good, placing political tasks above personal interests. This is the important factor that helps the Party Committee maintain its purity and strength in the long term. The formulation of correct, timely, and feasible policies has helped Hung Thanh ward effectively solve the problems at hand, from urban management, environmental protection, maintaining security and order to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people.
