According to the organizers, Hai Duong had two finalists. However, one contestant withdrew due to health reasons. Currently, Hai Duong has only one representative left: Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, born in 1998, from Hai Duong City. She is a former student of the English specialized class at Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted (Hai Duong).

The Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 competition was announced to launch in April 2024. After two months, 300 contestants had submitted their applications. Following two preliminary and semi-final rounds, the organizers selected the 40 most outstanding contestants to advance to the final round.

To reach this stage, the representative from Hai Duong has gradually proven herself, making many notable achievements. Within the framework of the final round activities, during the Vietnam Fashion Tour competition on the evening of July 12th, Ngoc Quynh was outstandingly selected among the Top 5 nominees for the "Fashion Beauty - Vietnam Fashion Tour" category.

Currently, Ngoc Quynh is participating in various experiential activities and sightseeing tours with the finalists to promote tourist destinations in Quang Ninh.

In the final night, 40 contestants will perform in traditional Vietnamese ao dai, swimwear, and evening gowns; and participate in a Q&A round to determine the Top 5 finalists and the winner.

The winner of the beauty pageant will receive a crown worth 5 billion VND and a cash prize of 300 million VND, along with many other valuable material prizes.

The Miss Tourism Vietnam pageant was first held in 2008 to honor the inner beauty and talent of Vietnamese women in the era of international integration.
