The final night of the Miss Culture and Tourism Vietnam 2024 pageant recently took place in Da Nang City. After several rounds of competition, Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh won the top title. The first runner-up was Nguyen Thi Thao from Binh Dinh, while the second runners-up were Nguyen Thi Sim (contestant number 031) and Phung Thi Ngan (contestant number 018).

The newly crowned Miss Culture and Tourism Vietnam 2024 was born in Yen Bai . She currently lives and works in Hanoi. She is the CEO of a book and media company. The beauty queen is 1.68m tall, weighs 57kg, and has measurements of 93-68-96cm.
Because she works in the printing and publishing industry, Ngoc Thanh has a deep love for Vietnamese culture and enjoys traveling.
"I enjoy exploring the beauty of Vietnam and promoting our national culture to friends both domestically and internationally," she said.
In addition, Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh said she was impressed with the criteria and significance of this year's competition. It's an opportunity for contestants to network, learn, and seek opportunities for entrepreneurship and future business development. Through this, it honors the beauty, intelligence, ethics, and strength of Vietnamese women in the new era.

In the final round, Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh impressed in the Q&A segment with the Top 5. She received a question from Mr. Dinh Xuan Phong - Editor-in-Chief of the Sports and Tourism Publishing House: "In your opinion, what are the basic elements needed to promote culture and tourism?"
She replied, "To promote Vietnamese culture and tourism, we need to strengthen infrastructure and services, raise awareness among local people and tourists about protecting these places when visiting any location. In addition, we need to develop the local economy of the area where the tourist destination is located."
"We need to strengthen communication in the 4.0 era. Especially, there are many meaningful platforms like this where people have the opportunity to learn more about cultural journeys. Through this, we can promote the national cultural identity and the beauty of Vietnam to friends both domestically and internationally."
The Miss Culture and Tourism Vietnam 2024 pageant is organized by the Institute for Social Issues Research in collaboration with the Association for Scientific and Technological Information, under license number 1331/SVHTT-QLVH issued by the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang City.
