On August 19th, the 55-story Saigon Marina International Financial Centre (Saigon Marina IFC), the third tallest building in Vietnam, was officially inaugurated. This is one of 80 key projects celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day, and also marks the beginning of the process of building an international financial center in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Saigon Marina IFC tower comprises 55 above-ground floors and 5 basement floors, with a total floor area of over 106,000 m², of which approximately 87,000 m² is dedicated to Grade A office space; the remaining area is allocated to a shopping mall, restaurants, meeting rooms, and high-end amenities. It is one of the three tallest towers in Vietnam, built and developed by HDBank and its partners.

The Saigon Marina IFC tower is located on the Ba Son site at 2A Ton Duc Thang Street, Ho Chi Minh City, a location historically associated with the shipbuilding industry and the old Saigon port. The project marks a significant step in Ho Chi Minh City's journey to becoming an international financial center and a key driver of Vietnam's economy in this new phase of development.

The tower's architectural highlight is its full-facade LED lighting system, capable of projecting vibrant artistic light displays. Combined with the modern musical fountain plaza, Saigon Marina IFC becomes a "lighthouse" of the modern urban economy.

Saigon Marina IFC is the first project to be inaugurated in Ho Chi Minh City's international financial district, marking the beginning of the realization of National Assembly Resolution 222/2025 on building an international financial center in Vietnam. This project will be a key highlight in attracting global capital, talent, and technology...

This will be a meeting point for banks, financial institutions, technology corporations, and logistics companies, with more than 10,000 professionals working here daily. In line with Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, the private sector is asserting its pioneering role.

Saigon Marina IFC not only provides a workspace for tens of thousands of financial professionals, but also serves as a testing ground for modern financial models, promoting digital economic development, green finance, and connecting domestic capital flows with international markets.
