On October 18th, the Traffic Police Department of Can Tho City Police announced that while on duty in Cai Rang ward, officers from the Hung Phu Traffic Police Station promptly assisted in clearing the way for a vehicle transporting a patient from Vinh Long province who showed signs of a stroke to the hospital for timely emergency treatment.

Mr. Chau Ly My Quoc (residing in Vinh Long province) stated that at the time, he was transporting his father from Vinh Long to Can Tho city for emergency treatment.
