Speaking to a reporter from Tien Phong newspaper , Mr. Quan said that the snake mascot is currently located in the Happy Garden amusement park in Hung Son commune. The snake mascot is made of cement and sand with a steel core, weighs over 7 tons, and is about 5 meters tall.

Anh Quân wanted to create a cute snake mascot for children to play with, but so that when they return to their daily lives, the children wouldn't mistake it for a real snake, thus avoiding danger.

It took Anh Quân nearly three months to complete the snake mascot. He worked with two craftsmen and one construction worker.
