In the week leading up to the start of the Tien Phong Half Marathon, the staff were present from early morning each day at the event area located within the Van Phuc Urban Area (Ho Chi Minh City) to carry out their work. At the expo area, the booths were meticulously assembled, with each information counter, registration area, product display booth, and experience zone arranged according to the planned layout. The signs, featuring tournament messages and sponsors in a refreshing shade of blue, were carefully installed. Staff are installing the steel frames to construct the booths, ensuring everything is perfect before the opening ceremony. Every step of the process is carried out with utmost concentration and a sense of urgency. Technicians hurriedly moved equipment and checked the speakers and lighting.
The workers installing the electrical wiring and sound system carefully checked every screw and wire to ensure absolute safety. The atmosphere was incredibly lively, yet also highly focused and professional. The main stage, where the opening ceremony and awards presentation will take place, along with the entrance arch welcoming the athletes, are being designed in a grand style. The staff worked together seamlessly, construction workers and structural inspectors all highly focused to meet the deadline. The sounds of drilling, hammering, laughter, and instructions blend seamlessly, creating a vibrant yet highly effective preparation scene.
"Every detail matters. The stage and entrance gate are the face of the event, the first impression athletes get when they arrive," a staff member shared. The decoration work, including banners, flags, and posters, is being carried out urgently along the race route, in the booth areas, and on the main stage. Large billboards displaying race information, sponsor logos, and race slogans are placed in easily visible locations, creating a visual highlight for athletes and spectators, while also enhancing the professionalism of the entire event. The surrounding landscape is decorated with greenery, flags, and colorful banners, creating an atmosphere that is both vibrant and close to nature. These images not only reflect professionalism but also serve as proof of the efforts of the entire organizing team, promising an impressive and spectacular Tien Phong Half Marathon 2025 right from the start.
