TPO - Less than a week before the first Tien Phong Half Marathon - 2025 officially takes place, logistical preparations at the central warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City have entered their peak phase.

Over the past few days, the organizers of the Tien Phong Half Marathon have been working at full capacity at the warehouse, from early morning until late at night, ensuring that all supplies are meticulously prepared and ready for race day. Hundreds of tons of goods, from race kits, water, and electrolyte gels to medical equipment and signage, were carefully assembled, counted, and sorted, ready to serve more than 2,000 participating athletes. The sorting and transportation process is carried out systematically, with a clear plan, ensuring that all supplies reach the right place at the right time, minimizing risks and optimizing the efficiency of serving athletes. Racekits, which include race shirts, numbered bibs, timing chips, vouchers, and accessories, are categorized by distance, age group, and athlete package.
Each race kit is labeled and thoroughly inspected before being packed into boxes and transported to the distribution area for athletes. In addition to race kits, the logistics depot also stores tens of tons of drinking water, energy gels, and cold towels to be deployed along the 21.1 km route.
