Recently, a video went viral on Facebook showing a person behind a mobile beverage cart pouring a drink from a large container into smaller cups.

Underneath the vehicle were two large buckets, made from empty paint cans, containing this red and yellow beverage, topped with a mixture of white and black "toppings."

The clip captures the moment the shop owner quickly grabbed a plastic cup from a nearby bucket, which still had some red liquid with tapioca pearls at the bottom (presumably leftover from a previous customer's drink). The owner then quickly turned the cup upside down, draining the old liquid and leftover tapioca pearls before scooping more tea into the plastic cups.

The teacups were then displayed "beautifully" on the counter.

The counter was lined with a row of red and yellow cups. On the side of the beverage cart was a sign that read "peach tea - strawberry tea".

Speaking to a reporter from Dan Tri newspaper , Ms. N., the person who filmed the clip, said that she went to see a local camp in Hiep Hoa, Bac Giang on the morning of September 2nd. While standing near the drinks stall, she happened to see the colorful drinks being sold in paint cans.

Strawberry tea served in an old paint can, in a used drinking cup (Clip: Nga Au).

Furthermore, she noticed that the vendor was using recycled plastic cups to fill new cups of drinks. Therefore, Ms. N. used her phone to record the scene to warn people about the risks to hygiene and food safety when vendors are so irresponsible and unethical.

"This is a mobile drinks stall. We don't know who the seller is. They probably came to sell drinks because of a festival," Ms. N shared.

At the time the video was filmed, she said that people were still focused on watching the cultural performances at the camp, with only a few people passing by the area where drinks were sold.

"I didn't post the video to expose anything. I'm not generalizing about all the shops. I just want to warn people attending the camp to look for clean, reputable shops to buy water from," Ms. N. said.

Verification revealed that the video was filmed at a mobile beverage stall in Bac Ly town, Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province.

The leaders of the Bac Ly town People's Committee affirmed that they will further verify the information reflected by the people and strengthen management activities in the area.
