Accordingly, the working group, the Working Group to implement the Capital Law is headed by Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Le Hong Son, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, is the Permanent Deputy Head.

In addition, the Deputy Head of the Working Group also includes Mr./Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Mai, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City; Representative of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council; Nguyen Sy Truong, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City.

The Working Group members include 36 leaders of relevant agencies, units, departments and branches.

The Working Group's support team is led by Mr. Ngo Anh Tuan, Director of the Department of Justice, as Team Leader; Mr. Nguyen Cong Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, as Permanent Deputy Team Leader.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan, Deputy Chief of the City People's Committee Office, is the Deputy Head of the Working Group. The Working Group consists of 38 officials representing departments, branches, and units of the city.

The working group is responsible for directing, urging, and inspecting the city's agencies and units in implementing the Law on the Capital; coordinating with ministries and branches in implementing tasks according to the plan and direction of the Government and central agencies on implementing the Law on the Capital.

Coordinate and link the implementation of the Capital Law with the implementation of the Capital Master Plan and the Capital Planning.
