The Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just announced the conclusion of the Provincial Chairman, Mr. Le Van Dung, in a meeting with foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises in the province.

The Chairman of Quang Nam province affirmed that the province is committed to continuing to accompany the business community, including FDI enterprises.

To create an open and transparent investment and business environment, Quang Nam province will strictly handle cases of additional administrative procedures that are not prescribed by law, cases of harassment causing difficulties for businesses; focus on administrative reform.

The Chairman of Quang Nam province also requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue regulations on compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land in the province to create favorable conditions for businesses in the process of compensation, support and resettlement.
