She resigned from her position as Deputy General Director of Vietbank not due to health reasons or any other personal reason, but because she was busy and focused on building two cancer treatment centers: the Stem Cell Center and the Nuclear Center (part of Gia An 115 Hospital). Currently, she and Gia An 115 Hospital are negotiating with Siemens and Sumitomo to build these two centers, which are expected to be operational this year.
Ms. Tran Thi Lam works with experts in stem cells and cancer.
To establish these two centers, Ms. Tran Thi Lam said she had to meet with experts from both within and outside the country day and night. She has been preparing this project for decades and it is now in its final stages. "The Stem Cell Center and the Nuclear Cancer Treatment Center are my passion. I work tirelessly day and night, and although I don't directly manage them, I am still the heart of Vietbank," Ms. Tran Thi Lam stated.
Ms. Tran Thi Lam is one of the founding shareholders who built VietBank from its early days (2006). She is also the founding Chairwoman of Hoa Lam Group.
