According to information from the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Education and Training , the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Language Center (SEAMEO RELC) will grant full scholarships to English teachers and language teaching staff of Vietnam to study for master's degrees and postgraduate certificate courses and high-level professional certificates at the Center located in Singapore in 2025.
Specifically, there are 8 courses with scholarships as follows:
C111: Advanced Specialist Certificate in Teaching Listening and Speaking; face-to-face study; study period from January 7, 2025 to January 24, 2025.
C112: Advanced Specialist Certificate in Teaching Reading and Writing; face-to-face study; study period from January 7, 2025 to January 24, 2025.
MTESOL: Master of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages; blended learning; study period from February 24, 2025 to February 13, 2026.
C113: Advanced Specialist Certificate in Language Assessment; face-to-face study; study period from April 8, 2025 to April 25, 2025.
C419: Specialist Certificate in the Professional Development of Teacher Leaders/Supervisors; in-person; study period from May 6, 2025 to May 23, 2025.
C103: Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Linguistics; blended learning; study period from July 1, 2025 to December 12, 2025.
C423: Specialist Certificate in Technology-Enhanced Language Teaching; face-to-face; study period from September 2, 2025 to September 19, 2025.
C325: Specialist Certificate in TESOL with Cambridge Teaching Knowledge (Foundation) for Secondary/High School Teachers; face-to-face study from September 23, 2025 to October 17, 2025: face-to-face study; internship and final report writing in Vietnam during January 2026 to February 2026.

Educational institutions, administrators, and teachers who wish to register for the exam must submit their application to the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Education and Training. The application deadline is October 30, 2024 for courses C111, C112, MTESOL, C113, C419 and February 12, 2025 for courses C103, C423, and C325.
Based on the results of the preliminary selection of documents and the official introduction of the Department of International Cooperation - Ministry of Education and Training, RELC will organize the selection and notify the results to the successful candidates.
