E-commerce platforms with the advantage of multi-channel sales and product and order management systems on many online platforms are currently an effective way to consume goods, helping OCOP products reach more customers. There is still a lot of room for this method of promotion and sales, and OCOP product owners can fully take advantage of this to develop their brands in many different markets and diversify customer segments.
