The training camp in Hangzhou took place from November 27 to December 3 and the team played two friendly matches with the Chinese women's Futsal team. In the first match (November 30), coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team drew 2-2, and won the rematch 2-1 (December 2).

These are considered quality matches, helping the coaching staff evaluate the effectiveness of domestic preparation as well as test optimal personnel and squad options.
Coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said the coaching staff was relatively satisfied with the team's fighting spirit and professional progress through the two matches.

“Those are quality friendly matches, helping us test our ability to assemble the team, and at the same time see more clearly our strengths and areas that need improvement before the SEA Games,” coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang shared.
The short training trip in Hangzhou is not only for professional training but also an opportunity for the whole team to review the tactical plans that have been built over the past time.
The players have entered training sessions with a high-intensity, urgent spirit, focusing on existing weaknesses such as the ability to change state, endurance, ball handling speed and cohesion in playing style.
Young players are also given the opportunity to test themselves, thereby boldly demonstrating their abilities and quickly integrating into the national team's competitive pace.

This is a positive signal in the context that Vietnamese women's Futsal needs to continuously add new elements to maintain competitiveness.
According to the plan, the Vietnamese women's Futsal team will spend a week in Ho Chi Minh City to continue perfecting tactical details, correcting existing limitations after the training trip, and at the same time shortening the competition list.
The official list is expected to be finalized on December 9. The team will leave for Thailand on December 10.
At the 33rd SEA Games, the Vietnamese women's team is in Group B with Indonesia and Myanmar. While Group A includes host Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
The goal of coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team is to reach the finals and further win the gold medal.
