Previously, Binh Phuoc Club also announced the contract with Xuan Truong. The midfielder born in 1995 "rejuvenated" at Ha Tinh Club with 24 matches last season in the role of central midfielder.

When he first arrived at Ha Tinh, Xuan Truong mainly sat on the bench because he was not physically fit enough to play 90 minutes. However, his scientific lifestyle and determination to practice to prove his worth helped Xuan Truong convince coach Nguyen Thanh Cong.

The former HAGL midfielder played regularly last season and helped Ha Tinh reach the top 5 of the V-League. At the age of 30, Xuan Truong plays mainly on experience. He still has good vision, long passing ability, and free kicks that are above average.
