On April 17th, at the Hoa Lu Festival grounds, the Employment Service Center - Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, in coordination with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, organized a mobile job fair for April with the theme: Connecting for Success - Stepping Towards the Future.
The mobile job fair was attended by 22 manufacturing, trading, and service businesses, with a recruitment need of over 11,000 positions. Of these, the demand for unskilled labor accounted for a large proportion, reaching over 8,000 positions.
Notably, at the job fair, many reputable labor export agencies participated, providing advice, introducing markets, and offering recruitment information for over 18,000 vocational training and employment opportunities in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, etc., with low costs and high incomes ranging from 20-60 million VND per person per month. In addition, vocational colleges also had a need to enroll 18,000 students.
The mobile job fair, held at the Hoa Lu Festival grounds, attracted a considerable number of workers and local residents seeking information. Job seekers were welcomed and provided with detailed advice from businesses regarding job positions, salaries, and company benefits. This provided an important foundation for workers to proactively choose jobs that match their interests, abilities, and needs.
