On the evening of September 6th, the "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles" concert officially returned to Ho Chi Minh City with Day 7. This is considered a "homecoming" journey for the "Gai Con" (the program's fandom), and also marks the end of the vibrant summer of 2024.
A sudden downpour occurred about 30 minutes before the show began. Fans thought they would get to see the "talents" dancing in the rain, but the rain quickly stopped, restoring the initial enthusiastic atmosphere.

As in the previous six nights, "Fire Song" was always chosen to open the concert. This is understandable, as it is the theme song of the "Brothers Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles " program, associated with the unforgettable summer of the 33 talented contestants.
After their incredibly energetic performance of "Fire Song ," the talented members greeted their fans after months of not seeing them. Soobin said, "Let's create many beautiful memories today," while Thanh Trung nudged the audience, asking them to "raise your hand so the class leader can see who has gone home."

At the beginning of the show, Tien Luat encouraged Gai to make the concert a memorable night. And indeed, the concert became an unforgettable night for tens of thousands of audience members.
Returning to Ho Chi Minh City this time, the "Brother Who Overcame a Thousand Thorns" concert seems to have donned a new outfit. Almost all the performances have been "transformed" to become fresher and more unique.
The contestants even went so far as to bring the live auction – an indispensable "specialty" of the show – directly onto the stage, calling it Performance 7.
In Performance 7, all four teams—the Nursery, the Big Fish, the Ginger Jam, and the Ripe—competed with each other in specially choreographed performances themed "Limited Editions." The audience was required to cheer loudly after each performance. The team that received the loudest cheers would be declared the winner.

Contrary to their usual style, Big Fish House presents a song with a distinctly Western Vietnamese feel - "My Husband Is Number 1 ".
According to singer Thanh Long, this is a song that the group "held a meeting for two hours, agonizing over choosing three songs before finally settling on one." Notably, although Tu Long and Thanh Trung are originally from the North, when singing songs from the Mekong Delta, they sound just as sweet and charming as anyone else.
The Nine-Tailed House is making a big splash by introducing a brand new song called Lockdown - a track with a powerful rhythm, an addictive chorus, and a youthful style.

The Youth Group revamped the hit song "Đi đu đưa đi" (Let's Go Swinging) , transforming themselves into characters from fairy tales. Quoc Thien made everyone laugh out loud when he dressed as Snow White, then transformed into a city boy, inviting the audience to join him for a "night out".
Tired of city songs, fans are returning to their childhood with a mashup of five familiar children's songs: "Little Trumpet Band," "Mid-Autumn Festival Lantern Procession," "Uncle Cuoi," "Tung Dinh Dinh," and " The Banyan Tree at the Hillside ." These familiar melodies are refreshed with modern music, evoking nostalgia while enlivening the Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere.

Besides the 33 talented artists, the "Brothers Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles" Day 7 concert became even more meaningful with the special appearance of guest artists from the Haha Family.
These included Ms. Thong, Mr. Ha and little Thu, Thang (Ban Lien, Lao Cai leg), Mr. Diep, Mr. Son, Ms. Tham (Sa Huynh, Quang Ngai leg), and Mr. Y Xim Ndu (Dak Lak leg). According to the organizers' previous announcement, Mr. and Mrs. Chin Cuong ( Ben Tre - Vinh Long leg) were also present but did not participate in the audience interaction.

The Haha Family guest lineup arrived very early to cheer on the talented artists. Ms. Thong couldn't hide her emotion when she saw Jun Pham, Rhymastic, Bui Cong Nam, and Duy Khanh performing on a large stage – a very different image she had never seen before.
"When I see them perform, I find them very radiant. When they worked on the farm with me, they were all talented, and the same is true on the big stage. When we were in the mountains, they shone like the moon on the hill, and now, they are the moon in the city," Ms. Thong told Tuoi Tre Online .
The "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles " concert takes the audience on a journey to admire the beauty of the three regions of the country through four songs : "Dạ cổ hoài lang - Đất phương Nam," "Mưa trên phố Huế - Nàng thơ xứ Huế," "Đào liễu - Cây trúc xinh," and "Tình ca Tây Bắc - Chiếc khăn Piêu ."

Finally, the journey concludes with "A Tour of Vietnam ," igniting love for the homeland and national pride.
Notably, the theme song of the Haha Family became a special performance of the show as a tribute to the "ordinary yet extraordinary" farmers across the country.
According to Tuoi Tre Online, the "Brother Who Overcame a Thousand Thorns" Day 7 concert still encountered some technical problems such as intermittent sound, unstable projection screens, and lighting systems.
However, the incident did not significantly affect the audience's experience. With enthusiastic support, the audience maintained a vibrant atmosphere, accompanying the artists to create a complete and memorable performance.
