Dliê Ya Commune Police caught 3 subjects illegally possessing drugs

On the afternoon of August 22, Dlie Ya Commune Police said that the unit had just discovered and caught 3 subjects red-handed for "Illegal possession of drugs".

According to initial information, at around 4:20 p.m. on August 21, on the inter-village traffic route in Tan Hiep village (Dlie Ya commune), during patrolling and controlling the area, a Working Group of Dlie Ya Commune Police discovered Le Anh Dai (born 2000, residing in Xuan Thuan village, Phu Xuan commune) driving a Yamaha Sirius motorbike with license plate number 47E - 336.28 with suspicious signs, so they stopped the vehicle for administrative inspection.

Upon inspection, the authorities discovered on the front rack of the motorbike driven by Le Anh Dai a plastic water bottle containing yellow water, wrapped in a layer of yellow Number One nylon. Between the nylon layer and the water bottle, there was a white plastic tube sealed at both ends, containing a white crystalline solid.

The suspect Dai confessed that it was methamphetamine that he bought for his own use. The commune police have drawn up a record of the crime against Le Anh Dai for the act of "Illegal possession of narcotics"; and sealed the seized drugs for handling according to regulations.

Expanding the investigation, Dlie Ya Commune Police continued to discover and arrest Hoang Manh Phi (born in 1986, residing in Xuan Ninh village) and Nguyen Tuong Phong (born in 1987, residing in Xuan Tay village, both in Phu Xuan commune) for the act of "Illegal possession of drugs".

Currently, Dliê Ya Commune Police are consolidating the case file and handing over the suspect and evidence to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Provincial Police for further investigation and handling according to the law.
