Announcement of the decision to appoint the leader of the Customs Branch of Region VIII

Head of Customs Branch VIII Nguyen Van Nghien presented the appointment decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Pham Quoc Hung and Mr. Bui Ngoc Loi, Deputy Head of Customs Branch VIII.

From March 1, 2025, the organizational model of the Customs Department will be organized and operated at 3 levels: Customs Department, Regional Customs Branch and Border Gate Customs.

Accordingly, regional Customs is reorganized from 35 provincial and municipal Customs Departments into 20 regional Customs Sub-Departments.

In which, Quang Ninh Customs Department has been converted into Regional Customs Branch VIII.

The conference announced the Decision of the Ministry of Finance on regulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure and announced the Decision of the Customs Department on personnel work of the Customs Branch of Region VIII.

Head of Customs Branch VIII Nguyen Van Nghien presented the Decision of the Customs Department to 13 comrades Heads of units under the Branch.

Accordingly, the Customs Branch of Region VIII reduced from 18 to 13 focal points, including Office, Department, Team and Border Gate Customs.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nghien holds the position of Head of the Customs Branch of Region VIII; Mr. Pham Quoc Hung and Mr. Bui Ngoc Loi hold the position of Deputy Heads of the Customs Branch of Region VIII.
