Transport Trade Union visits and gives gifts to wounded and sick soldiers on July 27

This morning (July 27), Chairman of the Vietnam Transport Trade Union Pham Hoai Phuong visited, encouraged and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers at Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center ( Ninh Binh province).

Chairman of Vietnam Transport Trade Union Pham Hoai Phuong presented support and gratitude to wounded and sick soldiers at Nho Quan Nursing Center for Wounded Soldiers.

Presenting 20 million VND in support from the Vietnam Transport Trade Union Charity Fund, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong said: The gift is not big but it is the sentiment and infinite gratitude of the transport workers to the wounded and sick soldiers who sacrificed their blood for national independence.

Mr. Phuong said: Since the beginning of July 2024, the Transport Trade Union at all levels has organized propaganda and implemented the Party and State's policies on preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions,educating the tradition of "Drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude" among cadres and employees at the unit.

The delegation of the Vietnam Transport Trade Union led by Chairman Pham Hoai Phuong offered incense and paid tribute to heroic martyrs at Truong Son Martyrs' Cemetery.

At the industry union level, the delegation of the Vietnam Transport Trade Union led by Chairman Pham Hoai Phuong offered incense to pay tribute to and commemorate the heroes and martyrs at Hill A1 Cemetery, the Transport Industry Youth Volunteer Cemetery ( Dien Bien Province), Tho Loc Cemetery, Truong Son National Cemetery, Road 9 National Cemetery, and Quang Tri Ancient Citadel to express gratitude for the sacrifices and great contributions of the heroes and martyrs who fell for the independence of the nation.

The delegation of the Vietnam Transport Trade Union led by Vice President of the Vietnam Transport Trade Union Quach Xuan Vinh visited and encouraged seriously wounded soldiers being treated at the Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation of Meritorious People in Thai Binh province and presented 40 million VND in support from the Vietnam Transport Trade Union Charity Fund.

It is known that from July 2024 to now, the Vietnam Transport Trade Union Charity Fund has decided to support 44 million VND for 44 union members who are children of war invalids and martyrs of the Ministry of Transport Trade Union and the Vietnam Transport Trade Union.

Vice President of Vietnam Transport Trade Union Quach Xuan Vinh presented support to the Center for Nurturing and Caring for Meritorious People in Thai Binh province.

At the same time, support was given to the nursing centers for war invalids in Kim Bang, Duy Tien, Nho Quan, the Nursing Center for Meritorious People in Phu Tho province and the Nursing and Care Center for Meritorious People in Thai Binh province with a total amount of 90 million VND.
