Responding to Dan Tri newspaper reporters, a representative of M-TP Entertainment Company confirmed the above incident. The company stated that this was not an actual tax debt. Regarding the above incident, the cause was a technical difference in the tax reconciliation system. The problem arose because the tax obligations of this enterprise were carried out in two different localities ( Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City), leading to the tax management system not automatically offsetting the paid amounts.

The company said it is working with the tax authorities to resolve the discrepancy. The company confirmed that it has full tax payment documents and is committed to always strictly complying with legal regulations during its business operations.

M-TP Entertainment Company Limited was established in 2016, with singer Son Tung M-TP as the legal representative and Chairman of the Board of Directors. The company has a charter capital of 3 billion VND, and its main business is organizing professional performing arts.
