On June 29, a clip was circulated on social media recording two traffic police officers driving a special vehicle to lead a car carrying a pregnant woman to the hospital for emergency treatment.
The incident took place at 6:30 a.m. on June 29. The two officers appearing in the clip are Captain Phung Duc Thang and Captain Nguyen Thanh Cong, from the Hang Xanh Traffic Police Team, Traffic Police Department (PC08), Ho Chi Minh City Police.

On the same morning, two soldiers were assigned to strengthen traffic safety and order at the intersection of Nguyen Binh Khiem - Nguyen Dinh Chieu (Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), serving the launching ceremony of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.
While on duty, Captain Thang and Cong received a request for help from a car driver. This person opened the windshield, said that there was a pregnant woman in the car, and asked the traffic police to lead the way to Tu Du Hospital for emergency treatment.
At this time, the two soldiers quickly turned on the siren and priority lights, cleared the way for the car to get to the hospital in just a few minutes, then both returned to duty.
The clip quickly spread on social networks, with many people praising the two soldiers' beautiful actions.
