Voters noted that following Typhoon No. 3 and the recent floods, several issues related to pumping stations, culverts through dikes, and dikes themselves were identified. Therefore, they requested that relevant authorities allocate funds to repair and upgrade dilapidated rescue and relief roads, culverts, and pumping stations; support farmers in overcoming the consequences of the storm and floods; provide support for crop and livestock seeds for farmers; and build a comprehensive system of inland irrigation and drainage to serve irrigation purposes.
