In 2024, the activities of the Party Central Committee and the Central Military Commission in the Military Medical Department closely followed resolutions, directives, plans, tasks and practical situations, implemented them fundamentally, comprehensively, closely, with focus and key points, completed both regular and ad hoc tasks, contributing to the good and excellent completion of tasks in all aspects of work.
The Emulation Movement for Victory and the peak emulation periods were deployed and implemented effectively. The Military Medical Department was proposed by the Head of the General Department of Logistics to be awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense , and many collectives and individuals were recognized and rewarded by leaders at all levels.

At the conference, delegates discussed and analyzed the results achieved in 2024, pointed out the causes of limitations, proposed solutions to overcome and improve the quality of CTĐ and CTCT activities in the coming time.
According to Colonel Tran Cong Truong, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Military Medical Department, in 2025, the Military Medical Department will thoroughly grasp and concretize the resolutions and directives of superiors, closely following its functions and tasks; promote the Emulation Movement to Win and peak emulation periods, associated with major campaigns. Focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education. Continue to promote the implementation of the emulation movement to win associated with "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh".
At the same time, build the Party Committee of the Department and its affiliated Party organizations to be strong in politics, ideology, organization and ethics, well perform the functions, leadership tasks, fighting strength and moral qualities, lifestyle, sense of organization and discipline of the staff and Party members. Focus on leading, directing and successfully organizing the Congress of the grassroots Party cells for the 2025-2027 term; the Congress of the Party Committee and grassroots Party cells for the 2025-2030 term and the 17th Congress of the Party Committee of the Military Medical Department.
