The Ha Tinh Tax Department has issued over 1,000 new tax identification numbers.

The issuance of 1,029 new tax identification numbers to economic organizations and individuals has helped the Ha Tinh Tax Department to better manage and collect state budget revenue.

Since the beginning of the year, the Ha Tinh Tax Department has issued 1,029 new tax identification numbers to businesses, cooperatives, economic organizations, and individuals in Ha Tinh province.

The Ha Tinh Tax Department assists businesses with registration and tax administrative procedures.

Of the 1,029 newly issued tax identification numbers, 558 were for businesses (94.9% compared to the same period in 2022); 24 were for cooperatives (141.1% compared to the same period in 2022); 133 were for economic organizations (a 10% increase compared to the same period in 2022); and 314 were for individuals with newly issued personal income tax identification numbers (90% compared to the same period in 2022).

Along with issuing new tax identification numbers, the Ha Tinh Tax Department closed 792 tax identification numbers belonging to 690 businesses, 28 cooperatives, and 74 individual taxpayers.

Tax registration activities have been carried out by the tax authorities through the electronic service system thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn.

Currently, Ha Tinh province has 14,521 businesses, cooperatives, and economic organizations that have been granted business licenses and tax identification numbers. Of these, 6,987 businesses, cooperatives, and economic organizations have ceased or suspended production and business activities (accounting for 48.12% of the total number of units granted tax identification numbers); and 7,534 businesses, cooperatives, and economic organizations are currently operating (accounting for 51.88% of the total number of units granted tax identification numbers).
