With a determination to prevent fires early, from afar, and at the grassroots level, the Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has directed the police force in the province to strengthen and diversify forms of propaganda to deeply impact each citizen, raising awareness of fire prevention and accident avoidance skills among the people in the province.

From July 17th to August 28th, every Thursday, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police will coordinate with local police forces to conduct awareness campaigns in residential areas, households, and production and business establishments, focusing on areas with high risks of fire, explosions, and drowning accidents.
Propaganda activities were implemented through various practical forms such as: broadcasting through the public address system in residential areas, using loudspeakers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police force, and directly disseminating information on central roads...
In addition, the police force also directly instructed people on escape skills, the use of initial fire extinguishing equipment, and measures to prevent drowning accidents for children during the summer.
During this peak period, authorities will also distribute thousands of handbooks on fire prevention and firefighting skills to households and businesses. The concise and easy-to-understand instructions will help people quickly grasp important points in their daily lives, thereby increasing their vigilance and caution to avoid accidents caused by negligence.
Mobile awareness campaigns are part of a series of solutions aimed at changing people's unsafe habits regarding the use of fire and heat sources, while also encouraging people to participate more actively in the "National Fire Prevention and Fighting" movement, contributing to minimizing damage caused by fire incidents and injuries.
