A representative from the school stated that since the beginning of the year, regulations had been in place and parents were informed that they were not allowed to drive cars into the schoolyard area. However, due to negligence on the part of the security guard and the parents' lack of compliance, the unfortunate accident occurred.
Previously, as Thanh Nien newspaper reported, at approximately 12:15 PM on October 1st, Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh, a parent of a student in class 10A2 at Chu Van An High School, was driving a car with license plate 14A - 047.85 to take her child to school.
