The package is worth more than 123.9 billion VND, open bidding, online, domestic; one-stage method - one envelope, fixed unit price contract. The required minimum bid security is more than 4.1 billion VND.
According to Decree 214/2025/ND-CP, contractors on the “unreliable” list must submit three times the bid security within two years from the last violation.
Resettlement Area No. 2 is a component project of the Site Clearance Sub-project of the Expressway Construction Project, Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan section, part of the North - South Expressway, Eastern part, Da Nang city.
The total investment is more than 231.6 billion VND from the State budget; in which, site clearance costs, construction costs, equipment, project management, consulting, contingency... are allocated according to the appraised cost structure.

The project is implemented in Ba Na commune with a land use area of about 97,000m2 . Resettlement area No. 2 will be invested in synchronous technical infrastructure including leveling, internal traffic system, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, water supply, lighting, trees - parks and shared technical trenches.
Regarding traffic, the project has 9 routes with a total length of more than 2.1km. The roadbed is designed to meet vehicle load requirements according to current standards; the sidewalks are arranged with green trees and walkways for the disabled.
Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are designed separately. Domestic wastewater is led to a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of about 360m³/day and night, treated to meet type A standards before being discharged into the environment.
The project also invests in water supply stations, distribution pipe networks to each plot of land; LED street lighting system; underground technical trenches to share medium and low voltage power cables, water supply and communication lines, to limit repeated digging and maintain urban aesthetics.
Part of the project's workload is to relocate and restore the medium- and low-voltage power system and handle the 220kV power line passing through the area, ensuring the safety of the power line corridor and land fund for building a new residential area.
Upon completion, the infrastructure items will be handed over to specialized management units; the residential land will be received by the City Land Fund Development Center, which will organize resettlement arrangements for residents according to the approved plan.
