At the congress, delegates listened to a report on the process of perfecting the organization of the Association when arranging the commune-level administrative units; announced the Decision of the People's Committee of Hac Thanh ward allowing the merger of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Phu Son, Ba Dinh, Dien Bien, Dong Ve, Dong Tho wards into the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Traditional Association of Hac Thanh ward with 18 branches and 245 members.

The Congress approved the draft "Association Charter" and the Association's operational direction for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Association strives to increase the number of members to 300 by 2030; effectively carry out the "3 Good" emulation movement (Building a good association, good comradeship, building good families and localities) to be worthy of the 8 golden words "Heroic Truong Son - Comradeship"; actively mobilize businesses, philanthropists, and members to build a "Comradeship" fund to show gratitude to comrades in difficulty...

The Congress elected the Executive Committee; Comrade Hoang Manh Hung was elected Chairman of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Tradition Association of Hac Thanh ward, term 2025-2030.
