The Party Committee of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council held a trade union meeting "on implementing revolutionary ethical standards of civil servants and party members associated with office culture in the new situation"

On the morning of September 24, the Party Committee of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council organized a thematic activity "on implementing revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members associated with office culture in the new situation" for all cadres and party members, aiming to contribute to raising awareness of revolutionary ethics, office culture, and sense of responsibility of each cadre and party member in performing public duties.

At the Party Committee's thematic meeting, Comrade Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies , reporter of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, conveyed and introduced the following contents: Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Party Central Committee on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; Regulation No. 1612-QD/TU dated September 12, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee "on implementing office culture of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and employees of agencies, units of the Party, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province".

Delegates attending the thematic meeting grasped the basic contents of the regulations on revolutionary ethical standards for cadres and party members in the new period; the core contents, new points as well as the significance of Regulation 144 for improving the revolutionary ethics of cadres and party members in the coming time, including 5 contents of the ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period, which are: (1) Patriotism, respect for the people, absolute loyalty to the Party and the Fatherland; (2) Courage, innovation, creativity, integration; (3) Diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality; (4) Solidarity, discipline, love, responsibility; (5) Exemplary, modest, self-cultivation, lifelong learning. At the same time, the reporter analyzed the application of Ho Chi Minh's thought in implementing the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members associated with office culture in the new situation; Contents of Regulation No. 1612-QD/TU dated September 12, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee "on implementing office culture of cadres, civil servants, public employees, employees of agencies, units of the Party, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province", some key solutions on building office culture. Regulation No. 1612-QD/TU is one of the solutions to concretize Resolution No. 17-NQ/TU, dated October 30, 2023 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on building and promoting cultural values, human strength of Quang Ninh to become an endogenous resource, a driving force for rapid and sustainable development.

Comrade Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee spoke at the thematic meeting.

Directing the meeting, comrade Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee, thoroughly grasped the purpose and requirements of studying and understanding the criteria and standards of revolutionary ethics of each cadre and party member in implementing Regulation 144-QD/TW of the Central Committee, Regulation No. 1612-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Through this political meeting, each cadre and party member was requested to enhance their role and responsibility, especially the leaders; determined to strictly maintain discipline and order, and build a truly clean and strong Office Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and staff.

It is known that the Party Committee of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council is the first unit in the Provincial Party Committee to organize activities on this thematic content.
