The Provincial Military Party Committee summarizes 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW

On August 10th, the Provincial Military Party Committee summarized 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW dated January 7, 2019, of the Party Central Committee on continuing to implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on strengthening and renewing the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation within the provincial armed forces during the 2013-2023 period.

Over the past 10 years, Party committees, commanders at all levels, and officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces have thoroughly grasped and enhanced their awareness and responsibility in organizing and implementing leadership and guidance documents from all levels, focusing on Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW. The mass mobilization work of the provincial armed forces has been led and directed with many innovations in both content and form; coordination measures with various sectors and local Party committees and authorities have been implemented closely and appropriately, in accordance with the functions and tasks of each agency and unit, and the characteristics and situation of the locality.

In the coming period, the Provincial Military Party Committee will continue to thoroughly implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW. It will incorporate the content and methods of mass mobilization and public relations into the field training program and annual military training plan. It will effectively implement ethnic and religious affairs in accordance with the Party and State's viewpoints. It will fully participate in revolutionary movements and campaigns, and in local economic , cultural, and social development programs; actively assist and participate in resolving the legitimate aspirations of the people, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, and effectively implementing social policies. It will build exemplary models of "skillful mass mobilization"; and contribute to the national program and goals of building new rural areas, helping to stabilize and improve the material and spiritual lives of the people, especially in key areas of national defense and security.
