Over the past 10 years, Party committees, commanders at all levels, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces have thoroughly grasped, raised awareness and responsibility in organizing the implementation of leadership and direction documents at all levels, focusing on Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW. The mass mobilization work of the provincial armed forces has been led and directed with many innovations in both content and form; measures to coordinate with branches and Party committees and local authorities to organize and implement closely, in accordance with the functions and tasks of each agency, unit and the characteristics and situation of the locality.
In the coming time, the Provincial Military Party Committee will continue to thoroughly grasp Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW. Incorporate the content and measures for carrying out mass mobilization and mass mobilization work into the field training program and annual military training plan. Effectively carry out ethnic and religious work according to the viewpoints of the Party and the State. Fully participate in movements, revolutionary campaigns, economic , cultural and social development programs in the locality; actively help and participate in resolving the legitimate aspirations of the people, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and well implement social policies. Build advanced models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; national programs and goals for new rural construction, contributing to stabilizing and improving the material and spiritual life of the people, especially in key areas of national defense and security.
