The Provincial Party Committee announced the decision on organizational arrangement and personnel work.

On the afternoon of July 14, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision on the organization and personnel work. Comrade Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, Comrade Tran Viet Hung, Deputy Secretary and Head of the Party Committee's Organization Department of the Provincial People's Committee, announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the appointment of personnel for these agencies, including: the Organization Department, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Inspection Committee, and the Party Committee Office.

The decision established 16 grassroots Party organizations directly under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, including: the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office; the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade; the Party Committee of the Department of Finance; the Party Committee of the Department of Construction; the Party Committee of the Department of Internal Affairs; the Party Committee of the Department of Justice; the Party Committee of the Provincial Inspectorate; the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training; the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the Party Committee of the Department of Health ; the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; the Party Committee of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion; the Party Committee of the Provincial Social Insurance; the Party Branch of the Department of Foreign Affairs; and the Party Branch of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Office. The decision also appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee for each grassroots Party branch and committee.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc requested that, given the large volume of work, Party branches and committees immediately begin their tasks; closely adhere to the regulations, Party Charter, guidelines from higher levels, and the practical situation of their respective units; promptly issue working regulations and assign tasks to Party committee members; and direct the establishment of subordinate Party branches and committees, and organize Party activities according to regulations. In developing working regulations, they should be impartial and objective, comprehensive in scope, ensuring no work is overlooked, yet specific and detailed. They should also prepare well for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, especially regarding personnel matters and documents to be presented at the Congress.

The comrade requested that Party committees at all levels promote the strength of unity, enhance political acumen and revolutionary ethics, and combat manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" among cadres and Party members. Attention should be paid to the ideological work of cadres and Party members after the provincial reorganization and merger, listening to, sharing with, and encouraging them, especially those who have changed positions or are working far from home, helping them to feel secure in their work.

Effectively implement political and ideological work and policies regarding cadres and Party members, ensuring fairness, transparency, and objectivity. Those appointed to positions within the Party committees should continue to uphold their pioneering and exemplary roles, demonstrate a sense of responsibility, unity, and promptly begin their work, employing creative, innovative, and scientific leadership and working methods; staying close to the grassroots, "daring to speak, daring to act, and daring to innovate for the common good."   Continue to leverage your intellect and experience, successfully complete assigned tasks, avoid gaps in agency operations and work stagnation, and maintain high determination to successfully achieve the political objectives for 2025…

Speaking on behalf of the newly established grassroots Party organizations, the Party Secretary and Director of the Department of Construction, Le Thanh Son, expressed gratitude for the attention and trust of the Party Secretary and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. He pledged to diligently implement the regulations and directives of the higher-level Party committees and to excellently fulfill the assigned tasks. He also hoped that the Party branches and committees would continue to receive the attention and support of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee so that the grassroots Party organizations would truly be the leading nuclei in their agencies, units, and localities.
