On the afternoon of July 14, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision on the organization and personnel work. At the conference, comrade Tran Viet Hung, Deputy Secretary, Head of the Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee and appoint personnel for agencies, including: Organization Committee, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Inspection Committee and Party Committee Office.

Decision to establish 16 grassroots party organizations under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, including: Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee; Department of Industry and Trade Party Committee; Department of Finance Party Committee; Department of Construction Party Committee; Department of Home Affairs Party Committee; Department of Justice Party Committee; Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee; Department of Education and Training Party Committee; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Party Committee; Department of Health Party Committee; Department of Agriculture and Environment Party Committee; Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion Party Committee; Provincial Social Insurance Party Committee; Department of Foreign Affairs Party Cell; Provincial People's Committee Party Cell. Comrade Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc presented the Decision to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc requested that, with a large amount of work, the branches and Party committees immediately get to work; closely follow the regulations, Party Charter, instructions from superiors and the practical situation of the unit to promptly issue working regulations, assign tasks to Party committee members; direct the establishment of subordinate branches and Party committees, and organize Party activities according to regulations. In building working regulations, it is necessary to be impartial and objective, both covering the whole, not omitting or overlooking work, but also specific and detailed. Prepare well the conditions for organizing the Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030, especially personnel work and documents presented at the congress.

He requested that all Party committees at all levels promote the strength of solidarity, enhance political mettle, revolutionary ethics, and combat the manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” among cadres and Party members. Pay attention to the ideological work of cadres and Party members after the province’s reorganization and merger, and listen, share, and encourage the cadres, especially those who have changed their positions or are working far from home, to help them feel secure in their work.

The comrades appointed to positions in the Party Committee need to continue to promote their pioneering and exemplary roles, sense of responsibility, solidarity, unity and promptly get to work, with creative, innovative and scientific leadership and working methods; closely follow the grassroots, "dare to speak, dare to do, dare to innovate for the common good".   Continue to promote your own intelligence and experience, complete assigned tasks well, do not leave gaps in the agency's operations, stagnation in work, and be highly determined to successfully carry out political tasks in 2025...

On behalf of the announced establishment of grassroots party organizations, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction Le Thanh Son expressed his gratitude for the attention and trust of the Secretary and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. He promised to strictly implement the regulations and directions of the higher-level Party Committees and excellently complete the assigned tasks. At the same time, he hoped that the Party cells and Party committees would continue to receive the attention and support of the Provincial Party Committee so that the grassroots Party organizations would truly be the core of leadership in agencies, units and establishments.
