Medical records, information, and results of medical examinations, treatments, and health checks of members of the Politburo and the Central Secretariat of the Party.
State secrets classified as Confidential include:
1. The number of people infected and dying from newly emerging dangerous infectious diseases with unknown causative agents has not been publicly disclosed by the Ministry of Health .
2. The names, origins, virulence, transmissibility, and transmission routes of newly discovered or unidentified infectious disease agents that are not yet related to human health and life, or that affect socio-economic development, have not been made public.
This decision takes effect from May 22, 2024 and replaces Decision No. 1295/QD-TTg dated August 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister promulgating the List of State Secrets in the field of health.
