The area of ​​the auctioned land is more than 2.8 hectares. Of which, the land subject to land use fee (commercial and service land) is more than 1 hectare; the land area not subject to land use fee is nearly 1.8 hectares.

The starting price for the auction of land use rights for the project of Hotel Complex, Commercial Services and Sea Square in Quang Hung Commune, Sam Son City is more than 17 billion VND. Thus, the starting price per square meter is more than 600,000 VND.

The entire area of ​​more than 2.8 hectares was auctioned by direct voting at the auction. The auction was conducted in rounds, continuously until no one requested to continue bidding, then the person with the highest bid in that round was the winner.

It is known that the auctioned land belongs to the administrative boundary of Quang Hung commune, Sam Son city, the southeast borders the coast; the northeast, southwest and northwest borders the planned road.

The auctioned land has completed site clearance compensation. The winner of the land use rights auction must complete the investment in synchronous construction of technical infrastructure works, ensuring connection with technical infrastructure outside the scope of the auctioned land in accordance with the planning and investment project approved according to regulations.
