Successfully auctioned 2 plots of land to build a hospital, preparing to auction 2 parking lots

DNO - On the afternoon of July 26, the City Land Fund Development Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) coordinated with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company to organize an auction for leasing land use rights for 50 years in the form of online auction for the land plot at 522B Nguyen Luong Bang (Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district) and land plot A8 at the corner of Con Dau 6 - Con Dau 4 - Con Dau 7 (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district).

Accordingly, there are 3 organizations auctioning the right to use the land at 522B Nguyen Luong Bang with an area of ^6,336m2 to build a general hospital, with a starting price of 191,015 VND/ ^m2 /year (the starting price of the entire land is more than 1.21 billion VND/year).

Family Doctor Medical Joint Stock Company ( Da Nang ) won the auction for more than 1,996 million VND/ ^m2 /year, 10.45 times higher than the starting price, corresponding to the total annual land use fee of more than 12,649 billion VND/year.

There are 4 organizations auctioning the right to use land A8 at the corner of Con Dau 6 - Con Dau 4 - Con Dau 7 with an area of ^2,277m2 to build a kindergarten with a starting price of 184,893 VND/ ^m2 /year (the starting price of the entire land is more than 421 million VND/year).

Van Phuc Kindergarten Investment Joint Stock Company ( Ho Chi Minh City) won the auction at 397,528 VND/ ^m2 /year, 2.15 times higher than the starting price, corresponding to the total annual land use fee of more than 905,171 million VND/year.

Previously, on July 25, the City Land Fund Development Center also coordinated with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company to auction land plot A2-2 at the corner of Tran Thanh Tong - Nai Thinh 5 - Nai Thinh 7 - Van Don in An Hoa 4 Residential Area (Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District) with an area of ^9,525m2 to build a general hospital with a starting price of VND 271,189/ ^m2 /year.

Thien Nhan Da Nang Hospital Joint Stock Company won the auction for more than 1,762 million VND/ ^m2 /year, 6.5 times higher than the starting price, equivalent to the total annual land use fee of more than 16,789 billion VND/year.

The City Land Fund Development Center said that next week, the unit will continue to coordinate with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company to organize an auction for leasing land use rights for 50 years, with annual payments for the land plot at 51A Ly Tu Trong (Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District) and the land plot at 172 Nguyen Chi Thanh (Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District) to build a parking lot.
