Promoting the results of the 13th Central Conference, towards the 14th National Party Congress

(PLVN) - The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee has just issued Instruction No. 03-HD/BTGDVTU on disseminating the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, associated with the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested Party cells, Party committees, agencies, units and localities throughout the province to organize conferences to disseminate and thoroughly grasp the conclusions of the 13th Central Conference to cadres and Party members; at the same time, integrate propaganda content into reporters' conferences, Party cell activities and activities of socio- political organizations to create high unity in awareness, ideology and action throughout the Provincial Party Committee.

The propaganda content focused on clarifying four key groups of issues discussed at the 13th Central Conference, giving profound, comprehensive and highly unified opinions, including: Preparations for the 14th National Party Congress; Socio -economic issues; Personnel work; Some contents according to the working regulations of the 13th Central Executive Committee.

Along with that, strengthen the propaganda of nine major orientations according to the consistent spirit of the Conference: "Taking results as a measure, taking people as the center, taking discipline as the foundation, taking innovation as the driving force"; thoroughly grasping three focuses, three publicities, one measure in implementing political tasks.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission also emphasized the need to promote patriotic emulation movements, commend and promote new and advanced factors in all fields; disseminate practical lessons, contributing to strengthening trust, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, and fighting against erroneous and hostile information and viewpoints.

Regarding the form of propaganda, the Guidelines clearly state: it is necessary to strengthen propaganda on Bac Ninh Newspaper, Bac Ninh Radio and Television Station, the Electronic Information Portal of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and information pages of departments, branches and localities; promote communication on digital platforms, the internet and social networks (Facebook, Zalo, YouTube...). At the same time, effectively promote the grassroots radio system, mobile communication teams, party cell activity newsletters, propaganda publications with rich, easy-to-understand content, suitable for each audience.

Instruction No. 03-HD/BTGDVTU is expected to contribute to creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere in the entire Party, people and army, striving to successfully complete socio-economic development goals and tasks, and making achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress.
