Reporting at the conference, the Ministry of Construction said that the country has 120 projects and component projects in the project list under the Steering Committee. Regarding site clearance, localities have actively implemented it, and so far the licensing of construction material mines has been basically completed. Regarding construction, there have been 2,476 km of expressways (an increase of 208 km compared to the inauguration on April 19, 2025). The Ministry of Construction and localities are making efforts to implement the construction of the remaining 733 km of 22 projects and component projects.

In addition to the achieved results, in some projects, site clearance work still faces difficulties and has not met the required progress. The overlapping of the scope of the Tan Phu - Bao Loc project with the mineral exploitation planning and the overlapping of the scope of the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh project with the mineral exploitation area have not been handled. Regarding construction, some projects are scheduled to be completed in 2025 because the localities are the managing agencies with a large remaining volume...

At the meeting, units and localities focused on discussing the results of the Steering Committee's work and proposed measures for the coming time related to site handover, technical infrastructure relocation; construction material supply situation; project implementation situation...

In Dak Lak province, key national transport projects in the province have recorded many positive results. Specifically, Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1, currently the site clearance work has reached 100%; the total value of construction and installation volume has reached 68.9% of the contract value, exceeding 0.55% compared to the project completion plan on December 30, 2025. The North - South Eastern Expressway Construction Project Phase 2021 - 2025, the section passing through Dak Lak province with a length of 90.12 km, has completed the site handover and relocation of technical infrastructure.

Component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project is one of two national key projects passing through Dak Lak province.

Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: To celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, the whole country has inaugurated and started construction of 250 projects with a total investment of about 50 billion USD - this is a very impressive achievement, creating momentum to achieve the growth target of 8.3 - 8.5% in 2025. The Prime Minister also commended the provinces of Dak Lak, An Giang, Can Tho city... for boldly accepting and implementing a number of key projects in the transport sector, demonstrating the determination, determination, and spirit of daring to think, daring to do, and self-reliance of local Party committees and authorities.

In the coming time, the Prime Minister noted that localities should continue to review the organizational structure, not allowing the implementation of two-level local government to disrupt site clearance work, affecting the progress of construction and disbursement of project capital. Ministries and localities assigned as competent authorities should continue to direct investors and contractors to develop reasonable and scientific construction plans, increase human resources and equipment to speed up construction progress. Investors and contractors should proactively take measures to prevent storms and floods, ensuring absolute safety for workers and machinery at construction sites, etc.
