Many urban roads were deeply flooded on the morning of October 27.

According to a quick report from the Department of Construction of Hue City, as of 9:00 a.m. on October 27, many national highways were deeply flooded.

Specifically, National Highway 49B - Phong Dinh Ward: from km4+500 to km5+400, the water is 0.2 to 0.4m deep; from km5+800 to km6+500, the water is 0.2 to 0.5m deep; from km7+400 to km9+400, the water is 0.2 to 0.4m deep; from km9+400 to km10+300, the water is 0.4 to 0.5m deep. Phong Phu Ward: from km13+800 to km14+000, the water is 0.2 to 0.3m deep; from km16+000 to km16+750, the water is 0.1 to 0.2m deep. Duong No Ward: from km43+300 to km48+000, the water is 0.3 to 0.5m deep. Currently, these routes have been barricaded and vehicles are prohibited.

Meanwhile, many sections of National Highway 49 such as Ta Luong Pass and Kim Quy Pass were eroded, causing traffic jams. Some sections were flooded up to 1 meter deep. At Lim Bridge 1, which is under construction, the road was temporarily flooded and traffic is being diverted to go in the direction of alley 47 of Minh Mang Street to Vo Van Kiet Street as directed.

Ho Chi Minh Road has only a small landslide, has been repaired, traffic is normal. La Son - Tuy Loan Expressway, section Km12+000-Km14+000, has a landslide, traffic is blocked, currently traffic is being diverted in the direction from La Son intersection.

The provincial and urban road systems are also deeply flooded. Specifically, Provincial Road 4 - Hoa Chau Ward is flooded from 0.2 to 0.9m in many sections. Provincial Road 8A - Kim Tra Ward and Quang Dien Commune is flooded from 0.2 to 0.9m in depth.

Some sections of many other routes such as Provincial Road 8C, Provincial Road 10C, Provincial Road 14B, Provincial Road 14E, Provincial Road 15B, Provincial Road 16, Provincial Road 17B, Provincial Road 19, Provincial Road 21... were flooded from 0.2 - 0.9m deep.

Meanwhile, many urban roads such as To Huu, Ba Trieu, Nguyen Cong Tru, Ly Thuong Kiet, Phan Chu Trinh, Dinh Tien Hoang... were flooded from 0.3 - 0.8m.
