In Huong Tra ward, National Highway 1A passing through the area is currently flooded over 0.5m. Widespread flooding is occurring in residential groups Lai Thanh 1, Lai Thanh 2, Son Cong 1, Giap Ba, Giap Tu, 4, 5, 7, Long Khe... The flooding level is from 0.5 - 1.5m.
Some inner-city roads such as Song Bo, Tran Quoc Tuan, Ly Thai Tong, Buu Ke... were flooded over 0.5m. Ton That Bach Street alone was flooded over 1.5m with a length of nearly 1km.
Due to deep flooding and strong currents, Huong Tra Ward Police proactively coordinated with the City Traffic Police to direct, regulate, and guide people to safely participate in traffic on National Highway 1A through flooded areas.

As of 5 p.m. on October 27, Huong Tra Ward Police continued to coordinate and support local residents to evacuate to a safe place. According to the plan, the entire ward has 188 households that need to be evacuated. To date, 50 households/196 people have been evacuated.
