The landslide area is located on a steep pass with difficult terrain; the volume of rock and soil that collapsed is estimated at thousands of cubic meters. Many sections of the slope were deeply eroded by rainwater, creating large gullies, with the potential risk of further landslides if the rain does not stop.
On the La Son - Tuy Loan highway, a dangerous crack has appeared at the landslide point of DT601 road, passing through Ta Lang village ( Da Nang ).
Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department of Hue City Police coordinated with the Traffic Police of Da Nang City Police to block off the dangerous landslide area and organize traffic diversion from a distance, while temporarily banning all vehicles from traveling on the La Son - Tuy Loan expressway.
