However, the locality has proactively overcome and gradually removed obstacles to effectively operate the two-level government model. The commune has focused on implementing socio -economic development goals and improving people's lives.

In the coming time, the locality needs to focus resources to perform well the tasks of the last months of the year, striving to achieve the set socio-economic targets.

For areas that have experienced landslides and are at risk of affecting people's homes and lives, the commune needs to propose to the Provincial People's Committee and the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control to consider declaring a state of emergency to promptly deploy remedial solutions. In addition, the locality needs to review households outside the dike at risk of landslides and encourage people to move to safer areas inside the dike to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
Regarding Thanh Long islet, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned relevant units to research and develop a project to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration of the policy of relocating people from the islet to the mainland to ensure safety of life, conditions for education, health care and long-term livelihood for the people. The locality needs to step up propaganda and mobilization work to create consensus among the people to soon have a suitable resettlement plan.
