In addition, the hospital applies information technology through the camera system to monitor when incidents occur, in order to promptly handle them.

At the same time, the flood on the Huong River exceeded the 5m mark, exceeding the alarm level 3 by 1.54m, higher than the historical floods in 2020 and 2023. The center of Hue City was submerged in water, traffic was paralyzed, and many inner-city roads were cut off.
