Proposal to supplement the missing human resources at the center and medical stations

In order to promptly grasp the operational situation of agencies and units under the Department of Health after organizing and operating the 2-level local government, on the morning of August 8, the overall support supervision delegation of the Vinh Long health sector, led by Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hang - Director of the Department of Health, came to work with the Cang Long Regional Medical Center.

In order to promptly grasp the operational situation of agencies and units under the Department of Health after organizing and operating the 2-level local government, on the morning of August 8, the overall support supervision delegation of the Vinh Long health sector, led by Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hang - Director of the Department of Health, came to work with the Cang Long Regional Medical Center.

The Vinh Long Health Sector Overall Monitoring and Support Team visited and worked with the Cang Long Regional Health Center.

The Cang Long Regional Health Center has a capacity of 100 beds, 5 health stations, and 9 health station locations, with a total staff of 252 people as of the end of July. Following the organization and operation of the two-tiered local government, the center and health stations operate smoothly, ensuring the protection and care of people's health.

To ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks, the Cang Long Regional Health Center requests the Department of Health to supplement the 부족한 personnel at the center and health stations; provide biochemical testing equipment to better serve patients; and organize training courses for health and population collaborators. At the same time, they request prompt guidance on the settlement of operating expenses according to the new mechanism.

The delegation acknowledged the recommendations and highly appreciated the center's efforts, while also providing guidance and proposing solutions to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, digital transformation, and especially the implementation of electronic medical records to ensure progress according to regulations.
