Literature and History pedagogical benchmark scores top Ho Chi Minh City University of Education

TPO – On the afternoon of August 18, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education officially announced the admission scores for training majors using the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam.

According to MSc. Le Phan Quoc - Deputy Head of Training Department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, there are about 45,000 applications for admission to the school using the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam, an increase of 15.5% compared to 2023.

The school's benchmark scores for 2024 range from 21.9 to 28.6 points. There are 18 majors that achieved 26 points or more. Notably, this year, there are 2 majors in the teacher training sector with the highest benchmark scores, namely Literature Pedagogy and History Pedagogy with 28.6 points. Following are the remaining majors in the C00 group - Geography Pedagogy (28.37 points).

The non-pedagogical major with the highest standard score is Psychology with 27.1 points.

The foreign language group has a benchmark score ranging from 22 to 27.1 points, showing that this is always a promising group of industries and is contributing high-quality human resources to society, meeting the needs of the current labor market.

In addition, 2024 is also the first year the school conducts enrollment at Long An Branch with nearly 500 targets for 6 university teacher training majors and 1 college program for preschool education.
